Overview

As a Human Resources Associate Analyst working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Department. In this role, you will work to improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the department's objective to recruit, develop, serve, and retain a high performing workforce.

Responsibilities

As a Human Resoruces Associate Analyst, you will be expected to perform various tasking in function areas such as employment, compensation, benefits, training and employment relations.

  • On-board new employees terminating employees
  • Review and maintian employee files in HRIS system including correct supervisors, benefits, addresses, etc.
  • Assist in long term human resources projects including annual training, compliance, and end of year processes
  • Design custom job and candidate reports
  • Create, edit, and maintain current and future recruiting process documents
  • Create and implement new-hire trainings
  • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
  • Format, edit and review resumes for submission
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and reference checks on candidates
  • Provide orientation sessions to new employees
  • Create and extend offers of employment
  • Prepare job descriptions and survey data
  • Respond to talent acquisition-related inquiries
  • Provide salary benchmarking data
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
  • Adept with basic research methods
  • Ability to think analytically and exhibit problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational and inter-personal skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
