Electronics Technician (Air Search Radar Systems, All Variants)

Hepburn and Sons is looking for on-site Technicians to support our government customer and to assess, inspect, and correct system faults in electrical and communication systems and associated subsystems on board U.S. Navy ships. 

This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.

• Conduct specified engineering/technical evaluations and perform equipment functional checks
• Perform installation, troubleshooting/test/analysis, operation, maintenance; diagnose connectivity faults, and equipment repair for installed US Navy systems

• Secret level DoD clearance
• Minimum of eight (8) years in-depth knowledge troubleshooting, repairing and assessing and minimum of four (4) years hands-on experience on any of the listed systems: 

a. AN/SPS-49 Series Radar - All
b. AN/SPS-48 Series Radar - All
